Introduction: I'm really far to be the best 3D designer in the world, so if you have advice or you know better way to do something, just email me, I have also much to learn. If you find my english sucks you can send me back a fixed html page.

Phase 1:Place a Cube in the work area, subdivide it in 6x6 section(to do that, double click the little icon of the cube in the objects manager window). Make the cube editable(click the little icon and press "c").
Now the interesting function. Under the Menu Structure>Edit Surface (choose) Matrix Extrude. Play with the variables inside to find the right effect you want to obtain.

Phase 2: Drop the resulted object under an Hyper Nurbs and increase the amount of interpolation as you like, remember that the more you want, the more your computer must be powerfull.

Phase 3:Duplify the Object inside the Nurbs and move it according to your feel.

Phase 4: Under Object>Scene sort out with a Background and place a white material over it.

Phase 5: Duplify two times the Hyper Nurbs Object and move, rotate, strech it according to your feel. In addition choose 3 new materials with 3 different colors and place each one over every Hyper Nurbs.

Phase 6: Render the image with a good precision and size and let's change the position of the view to get the best results, in addition you can ever change the size, the rotation, the number of objects, the color of the material............................what you want. When you're satisfied with your result, save the image for Photoshop, PSD. If you need save also the alpha channel(good to make the image layered). I've obtained the following image and I've also saved the alpha channel.

Phase 7: Now in photoshop select the area around the object using the elliptical marquee.

Phase 8: Now Father the selection with an amount of 200 pixel(in my example) and invert it. Make a gaussian blur. I've obtained the results I want.
